AnyGuide to AnyRoad: Experience Relationship Management

Originally built to modernize the world of professional guides and small tour operators, the AnyGuide product served solely as business management software, along with its sibling site, AnyRoad — the AnyGuide tour marketplace.

As with many startups, our strategy shifted along the way. We removed the existing AnyRoad site, reclaimed the name and pivoted AnyGuide from indie travel experiences to a b2b “experience management platform” for providers of tours, classes and events — connecting partners with user data & analytics to strengthen relationships, engagement and brand affinity. For our partners, this resulted in an increase in nps scores, website traffic, bookings, amount of guests and overall revenue.

I worked with our Head of UX Design, Product and Sales teams to rebrand all key touchpoints to AnyRoad and effectively redesign our website to our new vision — to move away from being perceived as a booking platform and be embraced as a data platform. In addition to user flows, copywriting, wireframing and visual design, I developed several sections of our main site, as well as the press and subprocessors page.
